OVERVIEW
General Information:

Jackson-Bell Model 84 - Pollyanna

Shortly after the introduction of the Model 84, other companies house-branded their offerings.

Elanor Porter's popular children’s book character was named Pollyanna. She emphasized a ‘Positive Attitude’. by always looking at the bright side in any situation. The character became so popular that clothing lines, stores, pets and even children took on the name "Pollyanna".

This radio is the Peter Pan Model 84 with two simple cabinet changes. The grillwork features a "Pollyanna" style girl with staff. The side of the cabinet bears an appropriate Pollyanna sticker.

A link to the "Jackson Bell Goes Small In A Big Way"  article from the Spring/Summer issue of the SCARS Gazette appears below. The text goes into great detail about this set and the rest of Jackson-Bell's midget line-up.
