The M-on-M Model 60:

All advertisements for this radio that we've been able to find were placed by the Eastern Outfittng Company. Eastern Outfitting had buildings in Seattle, Sacramento San Francisco, Pasadena, and Los Angeles.

They sold everything from drapes, to radios, to furniture, and even home services. With only one retailer advertising, we tentatively place this version as a "House Brand". Note also that the marketing term "Mello Tone" is used in the ads to describe the tonal quality of this set.
